Located in Albury, the AWRCC provides the highest level of specialist cancer care to the wider Albury and Wodonga regions. The $65 Million (AUD) project is a three-storey, 30-bed inpatient ward, and a 30-chair oncology day-unit.
The centre was designed to put the experience of the patient at the heart of its focus, making the building a calm space for patients in times of stress.
Frenger® supplied their Active Chilled Beams to the project to supply high levels of cooling, with these beams also being selected as they are designed to supply air at very low noise levels.
