510 Church Street, due to be completed in late 2021, is the latest class A-Grade office building constructed in the Melbourne CBD (Central Business District).

The £131 million end value building, financed by Merricks Capital, was designed to achieve the five-star Greenstar Design as well as the built 4.5 NABERS Energy (base build) target.

The office tower features ground floor retail, sky gardens, outdoor green terraces, two levels of basement parking, premium end-of-trip facilities, and sweeping views over the Melbourne CBD and wider sporting precinct.

Frenger's Eco Active Chilled Beams have been shipped and will soon be installed on the project, with the building nearing its completion date.
