The Newcastle Civic Centre is home to Newcastle City Council. The building, located in Newcastle's City Centre, was originally completed in 1967 and formally opened a year later in 1968.

The Grade II listed building features the modern 'River God Tyne' and 'Swans in Flight' sculptures on the outside commemorating the buildings rich history.
