Frenger^® was selected by the professional team employed by Land Securities to provide the Multi Service Chilled Beams (MSCBs) for the renovation of one of their buildings within their extensive project portfolio. The building at 20 Eastbourne Terrace, London is 18 stories tall at 92,000 sq ft speculative office space.

With an expected development cost of £66m for 20 Eastbourne Terrace, the value of the MSCB units was approximately 1 Million GBP.

The MSCBs selected for this project, utilised Frenger's 'Compact' Active Chilled Beam for its shallow depth and high thermal performance for spatial cooling and heating, with continuous LED extruded polycarbonate side profiles and integrated building services.
