The Civic offices is a municipal building belonging to Southampton City Council located in the Cultural Quarter area within the city.
The offices has a long-standing history within the city, with the building being originally built around the 1550s, before being knocked down and later rebuilt circa 1771.
Frenger® was selected to supply the project with their range of Active Chilled Beams to provide building occupants with high levels of energy-efficient cooling.
