Passive Chilled Beams
The largest police building in South Australia's state history, the 10-storey tower houses over 1,000 staff across a range of police departments including police prosecutors, anti-corruption, firearms, records, and executive offices.
The tower, which features 18,000m² of Net Lettable Area (NLA), has achieved South Australia's only 5 Star Green Star Office Design award, as well as a 5 Star NABERS Energy Rating for the base building.
Frenger® was selected to supply the headquarters, located in Adelaide's central business district, with their range of highly efficient Passive Chilled Beams which was installed above the metal perforated ceiling.
