Active Multiservice
The SIEC was developed by the Government of South Australia in order to reduce the operating costs of the TAFESA Building and Construction Trade Training programs by consolidating five older campuses into a single multi-purpose centre.
The new education centre is located within the former Mitsubishi Main Assembly Building in Tonsley Park, Adelaide. Re-using the building and 90% of its original steel structure is a more sustainable and low carbon approach.
Frenger® was selected to supply the centre with their Active Multi-Service Chilled Beams, providing building occupants with high levels of Thermal Comfort.
