Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHRs) units transfer heat from extracted room air (via the use of an aluminium static heat exchanger) to the fresh air supply.

Frenger's Recepto^™ MVHRs incorporate high thermal conductivity Eurovent certified aluminium heat exchangers that are up to 94% efficient in recovering the differential between the extract air and inlet air temperatures.

Frenger^® has two Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery Unit Model ranges currently available. These are the Recepto^™ Standard and Recepto^™ Mini MVHRs units.

Frenger's Standard Recepto^™ Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR) unit product range has been designed to provide energy savings for a wide variety of applications, predominately for Schools, Academies, Universities, Offices, or any space that requires mechanical ventilation (fresh air) whilst retaining most (up to 94% efficiency) of the heat from the extract air. These can be either Horizontally Mounted in the false ceiling or floor mounted.

Whereas, Frenger^® offers the Recepto^™ Mini Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery unit for more compact and restrictive applications, such as office meeting rooms and domestic installations. These can be Horizontally Ceiling Mounted, or Vertically Wall Mounted.
