Located in Adelaide's central business district, the City Central Tower was the biggest single integrated urban redevelopment undertaken in Adelaide.

Completed in 2007, the tower features 31,000m² of net lettable area (NLA) across 21 levels of commercial office space, with a two-level secure basement car park.

Frenger^® was selected to supply their range of Passive Chilled Beams to the project, providing office occupants with high levels of Thermal Comfort that prioritises their health and wellbeing.
