The brief for the refurbishment of a pilot area of this 1970's landmark building was simple; bring it in into the 21st century, with an up-to-date heating, cooling, ventilation and lighting solution.

The application of Frenger's Active Multi-Service Chilled Beams with integrated louvre lighting were the obvious solution due to the products ability to deliver high cooling and heating capacities with low air volumes.
