This landmark building is the first major Australasian project to utilise Chilled Beams.

Frenger's Radiant/Convective Passive Chilled Beam was selected with the Beam layout accommodating future partitioning and fit-out requirements, whilst delivering exceptional comfort levels under the most extreme external conditions.

The Bond has received many national and international awards and the utilisation of Passive Chilled Beams has meant that it is the first Australian commercial building to achieve the much-acclaimed 5-Star energy usage rating (Australian Building Greenhouse Rating).
